Service 04

Automations

Systems that absorb the repeatable work so your people do the work that needs them.

Overview

Every hour your team spends on repetitive work is an hour your competitors are spending on growth. We build automation systems that handle the repeatable, the manual, and the error-prone, so your people can do the work that actually needs them.

In scope

  • Workflow automation across operations, sales, and admin.
  • AI agents and intelligent chat systems with governed knowledge bases.
  • System integrations that make your existing tools talk to each other.
  • Document, invoicing, and reporting automation.
  • Ongoing monitoring and optimization of every workflow we ship.

Our point of view

The question is never whether something can be automated. Almost everything can. The question is whether it should be, and the answer lives in the numbers: volume, error cost, and judgment required. We automate the repeatable and protect the judgment calls, with a human approval gate anywhere the downside of a wrong answer is real. That is why our automations survive: the team trusts them, because the team stays in charge.

Who this is for

You will recognize yourself in at least one of these:

01

Your best people spend their afternoons copying data between systems that refuse to talk.

02

Month-end reporting takes days of someone's life, every single month.

03

Customer follow-ups depend on whoever remembers, and revenue leaks through the gaps.

04

You have hired people to do work a workflow should be doing, and hiring more feels wrong.

What we deliver

The Automation Inventory

Every candidate process scored by volume, hours, error cost, and judgment required.

Production Workflows

Built, documented, and monitored, with human approval gates where judgment matters.

Governed AI Agents

Chat and processing agents that answer only from your approved knowledge base, with full audit logs.

The Integration Layer

Your existing tools connected so data entered once flows everywhere it belongs.

The Runbook

Every workflow documented so your team can operate, adjust, and extend without us.

The first 30 days

Week 1

Sit with the team, inventory the repetitive work, time the processes people have stopped noticing.

Week 2

Score and rank. The inventory gets business cases; the top lane gets picked.

Week 3

First workflow built and tested in parallel with the manual process. Nothing switches over untested.

Week 4

Go live with monitoring, exception handling, and a trained owner inside your team.

What we measure

Every initiative carries a metric agreed before we build:

Hours removed per month, per workflow.
Process error rate before and after.
Exception rate and resolution time.
Uptime per workflow.
Payback period.

Honest edges

Where this service stops:

  • Low-volume, high-judgment work usually needs a better SOP. We will tell you which is which.
  • Every automation ships with an off switch and a documented manual fallback. Dependency without control is not efficiency.
  • We do not build automations we cannot monitor. If it cannot be observed, it does not go to production.

Questions we get

Which tools do you use?

Whichever earns its place: n8n, native platform automations, custom code, or API-level integration. You own every account and licence. We hold nothing hostage.

What happens when an automation breaks?

Monitoring catches it, the exception routes to a person, and the manual fallback in the runbook keeps the business moving. Then we fix the root cause. Breakage handled badly is how teams lose trust in automation.

Will this replace jobs?

In the mid-market it almost never does. It removes the worst hours from existing jobs. Our clients typically redeploy that time into sales, service, and the backlog nobody could get to.
