Ethics and Code of Conduct
A firm that installs governance should be able to show its own. This code applies to everyone who works on a Next Level Agency engagement, including the specialist network.
We accept no reseller commissions, referral fees, or vendor incentives of any kind. Every tool recommendation is conflict-free, and we disclose it in writing if a conflict could even appear to exist.
Client information is used solely for the engagement. Published case studies follow written portfolio permissions or anonymize to sector level. We never use one client's data, prompts, or processes to benefit another.
We prepare clients for audits and certifications; we do not issue them, and we say so plainly. We do not sign our name to metrics we did not measure.
Every system we deploy has a named human owner, an audit trail, and an off switch. We do not build systems that make consequential decisions about people without human review, and we decline work designed to deceive end users.
We design to Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA, as a floor rather than a ceiling. Data minimization is our default: systems collect what they need and nothing else.
Anyone, client or collaborator, can raise an ethics concern directly with the firm's principal at info@nextlevelagency.ca. Concerns are acknowledged within two business days.
