Value has a number.
Every engagement carries metrics agreed in writing before we build. If we cannot measure it, we do not charge for it. Hours recovered, cycle time, error rate: real numbers, reviewed monthly.
Purpose and Values
Canadian mid-market companies are told to transform, then sold tools instead of outcomes. The software industry profits from licences. Most consultancies profit from long diagnostics and longer decks. Somebody has to profit from the thing actually working. That is the position we chose.
Purpose
We exist to make mid-market operations run so well that scale stops being scary.
Every engagement carries metrics agreed in writing before we build. If we cannot measure it, we do not charge for it. Hours recovered, cycle time, error rate: real numbers, reviewed monthly.
We have told clients not to buy AI. We have written build cases that killed our own projects. The recommendation that costs us revenue is the one that earns the relationship.
Every system, licence, credential, and line of code is owned by the client outright. We hold nothing hostage. A firm confident in its value does not need lock-in.
A recommendation is not a result. We remain embedded through adoption, because the distance between installed and used is where most transformations die.
We work with the directness of the operators we serve. Plain language, weekly reporting, and no invoice line anyone has to squint at.
